Everything began from a trip in Bali, a place to experience the true paradisiacal spiritualization, also known as the “Island of the Gods”. WOO YOGA founder Katherine Woo found true freedom and deep connections in this beautiful island. She believes everyone can create beautiful life through simple mind, body, and spirit practices.
