Orders & Shipping
Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. But we’ll do our best to help you, send us a note as soon as possible at info@wooyoga.com. Be sure to include the phrase "urgent help" along with your order information and specific action needed.
For orders in the US, and over $75, we offer free standard shipping.
Once your order is placed, we ask for 3 to 4 business days for our team to pack and ship your full order. Expedited orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. During promotional or holiday periods, all orders are fulfilled and shipped within 7 business days.
Orders processed here will typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are currently only shipping within the US and Canada. We are aiming to open international shipping locations very soon.
After logging into your account, click "Orders", and you can view a summary of your online orders, including order number, item(s) purchased, and tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at info@wooyoga.com.
Return or Exchange Exceptions:
All promotional purchases, such as leggings redeemed with a Promotion Code, free gifts, e-Gift Cards, or items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Click Here to check more details.
Once your return has been scanned in by the carrier or dropped off, then confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit as requested. Please note that your refund may take between 5-10 business days to post to your account depending on your bank.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags and/or hygiene liners still attached within 30 days of their ship date. Please note that we can only accept exchanges for the same style.

If you need to make any changes to an existing return request, please email us: info@wooyoga.com along with your return information before sending your items back to us. Please note that we cannot update any requests if your items have already been mailed back or dropped off.
Product & Care
Wash in cold water with like colors, and hang to dry — it’s better for the environment and reduces energy use in addition to being the best way to take care of your clothes. Please do not bleach or iron. Hand wash whenever possible.
Bonus points for washing your garments in a microfiber washing bag or with a microfiber filter.
At WOO YOGA, we create our limited-edition color collections in small batches to reduce overproduction and minimize environmental impact. While we do our best to restock items if there’s significant demand, our top priority is the well-being of our planet and the people who make your clothes. If you see something you love that’s available in your size and color, don’t wait too long—grab it before it’s gone!
If an item you want is out of stock, you can easily join the waitlist for restock updates. Simply go to the product page on our website, select your preferred color, and scroll down to your desired size. If the size is out of stock, you’ll see a “JOIN WAITLIST” button to the right. Click it, enter your email address, and you’ll be notified if the item becomes available again.
Please note: If an item is marked as “Sold Out,” it means we won’t be restocking that specific product. Be sure to act quickly to snag your favorites!
Payments & Discounts
Our exclusive discount codes are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the promotion they are tied to. If your code falls within the guidelines you received and still isn't working, please email us: info@wooyoga.com.
Please note that these discounts are one-time use and cannot be applied to any other purchases unless otherwise specified.
Stacking promo codes is not permitted. Only one promo code, discount link, reward offer, or referral code can be applied per order. This includes all special promotions, such as seasonal sales or our Refer a Friend program. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide fair and transparent pricing for all our customers.
